Ordinance amending Title 35, Tulsa Revised Ordinances, titled "Infrastructure Development", Chapter 8, "Infrastructure Development Advisory Board', changing the title of Chapter 8 to "Infrastructure and Development Advisory Board''; changing the name of the board and everywhere it appears in the Ordinance to ''Infrastructure and Development Advisory Board'', modifying the membership of the board; changing the title of the director to ''Director of Development Services'', clarifying a quorum to be a majority of current members.
