PSC Shift Supervisor
Under general supervision performs supervisory work in the daily operations of the 911 Communications Center and other related assigned duties.
Emergency 911 Operator
Under immediate supervision is responsible for the initial reception and routing of calls for emergency and non-emergency requests for public safety service according to pre-determined procedures and other related assigned duties. *Responsible for answering emergency and non-emergency requests for police and fire service.
