Professional consulting services for projects through the City
of Tulsa departments are awarded based on a committee selection
process.
The Professional Services Selection Committee was established by
executive order No. 2002-04 (90-05). The committee serves internal
and external customers, including Parks and Recreation, Police,
Fire, Tulsa Development Authority, Performing Arts, Convention
Center, Public Works Design Engineering, and joint projects with
Tulsa County, Osage County and the Oklahoma Dept. of
Transportation.
