Pick Up

• Free Mulch
• Firewood (first come, first serve)

There is no residency requirement for pick-up of mulch.

If you do not have a truck to haul your mulch in, please remember sturdy containers.

Drop Off

• Drop-off: tree branches, grass clippings and leaves

Items Not accepted:

• Logs over 24” in diameter
• Root balls or trees with foreign materials such as fence or concrete. 
• Rock, pipe, lumber or treated wood, trash, dirt or building materials.

NOTE: The use of chains, ropes, or straps to offload green waste is prohibited. Violation of these policies may result in loss of the privilege to use this facility.

Who Can Drop Off?

Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, or Bixby can drop off at no charge through May 31 by showing: 

• A driver's license or current city utility bill from the municipality you live in, or a manifest from your community.

Non-Tulsa Residents and Commercial Businesses

Residents not listed above and commercial businesses will need to pay in advance of dropping off yard debris. You can pay with your Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. No other forms of payment accepted.

Cost for disposal:

• Pickup Trucks: $7.92 per 3 cubic yards
• Single Axle Trailers: $7.92 per 3 cubic yards
• Double Axle Trailers: $13.20 per 5 cubic yards
• Dump Trucks: $26.40 per 10 cubic yards
• Tandem Trucks: $34.32 per 13 cubic yards
• 20-yard Trucks: $52.80 per 20 cubic yards
• 30-yard Tree Service: $79.20 per 30 cubic yards

New Rates, effective June 1, 2025

New site rates will take effect on June 1,2025 for non-commercial residents and commercial businesses. These rates are based on the size of the vehicle or trailer used:

• Pickup Trucks: $15.84 per 3 cubic yards
• Single Axle Trailers: $15.84 per 3 cubic yards
• Double Axle Trailers: $26.40 per 5 cubic yards
• Dump Trucks: $52.80 per 10 cubic yards
• Tandem Trucks: $68.64 per 13 cubic yards
• 20-yard Trucks: $105.60 per 20 cubic yards
• 30-yard Tree Service: $158.40 per 30 cubic yards
