Sunday: Open to residential customer only. No Commercial customers.
Closed on City Holidays

Pick Up

• Free Mulch
• Firewood (first come, first serve)

There is no residency requirement for pick-up of mulch.

If you do not have a truck to haul your mulch in, please remember sturdy containers.

Drop Off

• Drop-off: tree branches, grass clippings and leaves

Items Not accepted:

• Root balls or trees with foreign materials such as fence or concrete. 
• Rock, pipe, lumber or treated wood, trash, dirt or building materials.

NOTE: The use of chains, ropes, or straps to offload green waste is prohibited. Violation of these policies may result in loss of the privilege to use this facility.

Who Can Drop Off?

Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, or Bixby can drop off at no charge by showing: 

• A driver's license or current city utility bill from the municipality you live in, or a manifest from your community.

Non-Tulsa Residents and Commercial Businesses

Residents not covered above and Commercial Businesses will need to pay in advance of dropping off yard debris. You can pay with your Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. No other forms of payment accepted.

Cost for disposal:

Pickup Truck - $1.65 for 3 yds³
Trailer <10Ft. - $1.65 for 3 yds³
Trailer >10Ft. - $1.65 for 5 yds³
Dump Truck - $5.50 for 10 yds³
Tandem Truck - $7.15 for 13 yds³
20 yds³ Truck - $11.00
30 yds³ Tree Service Vehicle - $16.50
