Rentals and Reservations

Planning a family reunion, birthday party or business
meeting?
Tulsa Parks has many types of facilities available for rent for
parties, family reunions or private events. From picnic
shelters to gymnasiums and meeting rooms to entire ball fields or
swimming pools, there's a place to meet the needs of almost any
occasion.
Scheduling/Renting a Shelter
The Shelter Reservation Form is a
user-friendly process to finding the best picnic shelter for
you. This form describes all amenities at each picnic
shelter and locates it for you on the Picnic Shelter Map. In most cases, Shelters rent for
$60/day.
Mohawk Park: There is a parking fee of $2
per car and $10 per bus to enter from April 1 to Oct. 31.
These fees apply only on weekends and holidays.
Some Restrooms and
Shelters may require a key, involving a $25 deposit.
If no one has a Shelter Rental Permit, Shelters may be
used on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Ball Fields
Open, unlighted sports fields are on a first-come,
first-serve basis. Reservation Permits are available for $45
for a 4-hour time period. If you are interested in reserving
a ball field, contact Sue Price at SPrice@CityofTulsa.org or
at 596-2527.

Special Events
Special Events are those programs that accommodate a larger
crowd, open to the public, and/or have special needs. With
many convenient locations across the city, one is ideal for
your large outdoor event. In addition to the great locations, these
sites feature more available parking and other amenities to make
your event run smoothly. Your Special Event Registration is available
on-line.
