DCE Emergency Repair Application

The City's Housing and Community Development Division manages grants and loan programs to help qualifying homeowners needing assistance with rehabilitation of their properties. The programs are funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The programs are only available to homeowners in the city limits of Tulsa who meet all program requirements, including the income limits.

Applications are not being accepted at this time for the Emergency Repair or Home Rehabilitation programs. This page will be updated once the application process opens again.

Housing Contractor Program Application

The Housing Assistance Programs are federally funded programs that assist citizens of Tulsa that own and occupy their home and meet specified income guidelines. Those citizens who are eligible can receive assistance for emergency repairs and rehabilitation loans.
